You guys just need to have asthma and then you never worry about shoveling snow and either your neighbor snowblows it or your significant other does it

To be fair, my back has been in low-level perpetual pain for about 20 years - likely thanks to having 3 vehicles totalled from rear-enders starting in 2001. Not all my muscles work together properly so it's no surprise when I pull something - though it's usually in the upper back region. Add to that the 1st-world problem of having a large, 3-car driveway, sprinkle in some aging, and.... presto! Pain city. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I dunno about the other guy, but I hurt mine lifting a TH400. Just general commentary on recent back injuries. Still, you're not wrong. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I drove the M2 today and haven’t had it on the trickle charger because my wife broke the plug in my garage I usually use ( left the snow blower starter plugged in when she drove it away ).
It gets a cozy heated parkade for the day which will Make it happier.

Aren’t those BMW’s brand new? Crazy how unreliable they are, I’m surprised.
My 10 year old POS Cadillac with the original battery will start no problem, in the middle of winter after sitting for 6 months without a trickle charger on it for comparison.
I like neat cars.
Have not had good feeling on those AGM batteries. And all cars now have 4G radio that's always on draining it.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If your battery was low on charge and was sitting out in the cold overnight, there is a high chance it may be compromised as there is much more water content in it to freeze over and cause damage. A battery fully charged in the cold usually won't have an issue in regards to being damaged from frigid temperatures. Good reason to stick with Costco batteries.

Its likely because your 10 year old Caddy won't give you any battery warnings until it's too late. BMW at least gives you the courtesy that the battery is low before completely dieing. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Nothing wrong with AGM batteries IMO. It's the 4G radio thing that's a problem. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I prefer to just drive old beaters. Don't have to worry about those types of problems.
I wish they made a basic bitch vehicle.
A North American Lada.
And do not try to sell me on a Honda Fit.
Chevy Spark. Probably just as basic and unreliable as a Lada. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
