Nice and sunny for most of the day yesterday down here in Glamorgan. Didn't really rain until about 8pm.
Who else got their vehicle(s) hail damaged so far?
Lies. I was in Rutland and it rained at 1pm. It was beautiful after that though. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Rain yesterday was definitely in small pockets across the city. We were outdoors the entire day, at one point one of us had hail and massive downpour around NW auto mall, but cross country hills and into Arbour lake where I was, didn’t get a single drop. I got lucky, drove around the whole city and missed all the storms, didn’t have to go top up till 6pm in Kincora. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Yeah but Rutand is literally across the street from Glamorgan, not a km away. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Its shocking how much snow is still up there, the only saving grace is that I *think* its a bit cooler, so theres a good chance there will be a bit more snow at higher elevations. But i think that the snowpack is a bigger risk that not a lot of people know about/understand well enough. The bow river watershed is massive, doesnt take a lot of rain in the right areas. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Yep. This is what caused the floor last time. The snow pack being melted quickly by the rain.
A rain storm, could naturally handle it.
The problem in 2013 is that the storm came from the east and got stuck for days. Usually storms won't last even a day over the mountains before moving on.
Every weather man in Calgary today...
I think it's wrong to mock the retarded on video. Whether it's Life Goes On, Barbara Walters or this guy, it just doesn't bring me joy to laugh at them. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
