    Maybe they will be useful for drainage, they are only otherwise used by gutter rats anyway.

    I thought they are predicting 1/2 the rate of rain fall of 2013 flood the next 24hrs?

    None of the bow dams are holding back water yet. Basically haven't even started to do any mitigation. Hasn't been needed.
