They seem to agree "in principle". Also begs the question, should the USA pay a Trillion dollars or so in reparations (to north and south Korea) for planting all the landmines. Realistically, the USA spent 1 trillion on Afghanistan, and came out nothing gained nothing lost, but not spending 1 trillion to end the Korea war could end up with a few nuked US cities.
There is no question that LA and Hawaii can be nuked at a moments notice under the rules of war in 2022, and does not favor the USA in that scenario. If you ask me, it is an exceptionally favourable time for North Korea to attempt an invasion of the USA, primarily in that the last two decades was spent on aircraft stealth technology that was obviously just a decadent scam.
Always felt it would be a completely different scenario than Midway, when North Korea would be forced to attack the USA. No worthless aircraft carriers, but simply submarines with nuke torpedos spaced so far apart in the ocean that they would never be intercepted.
Still, Midway is a good study.
