    I'm up 10%. My home is below average house value in Calgary, so I don't know how they figured the average increase would only be 3.8%.

    The math isn't complex, but they hand out the little parts of the equation at different times and in different ways to make comparisons difficult. Any confusion is deliberate.

    Garrison house down an entire $30 over the next 6 months, I guess my $5 less per month is better than an increase..

    Mine actually went down $56 for the year. This is after going up $600 the previous year.
