James Vowles is the New team Principal for Williams.
Merc is steadily loosing some key Personnel for sometime now.
Could just be Toto sending him to the Merc jr team to gain some TP experience and be his successor down the road. Huge win for Williams, but from what I heard this year is another throw away and hopefully they can be a midfield team for 2024.
In more important news, DTS5 drops February 24th on Netflix!
Yea that's shitty - losing a key part of the team. Good for Vowles' career though. I guess time will tell what happens moving forward. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Williams and Mercedes go hand in hand. It’s mutually beneficial especially if he’s being groomed to be Toto’s replacement when he’s doneThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Christian Horner lifts the lid on why F1 teams are giving Andretti the cold shoulder
I must be having a stroke, because I find myself agreeing with Horner. Not on the actual principle, but that it doesn't make sense for the other teams to want to expand to 11+ teams. The number of races is set, so an 11th team doesn't really add any more revenue.
It's not like a traditional sports league where adding a 33rd NHL team means 32 more games worth of gate, concession and tv revenue.

I think 10 teams is a good number. I'd like to see Andretti/Cadillac but would prefer to see them buy-out another team.
Practice and quali are already hectic enough with 20 cars, not to mention the number of flags in races - many of which have impacted or decided the race outcome.
Rumor of a RBR and Ford partnership is all over the news ahead of New car launch.
Ford’s dead to me now.

I hope it happens because that will be egg on the face for all the Merc Powertrain members who left and joined RBR.
First Porsche and now Ford and RBR is taking those employees for a ride.
Was trying to find some Montreal GP tickets for June but all official sites show as sold. So I am assuming paying the marked up prices on sites like stub hub is my only option?
Options are going to be limited but trying to find at least some sort of grandstand tickets if not paddock club or some package deal.
