Haas has to drop Russia branding off car, seb said he will not race in Russia

I’m guessing the funds from Russia stopped with the sanctions for Haas. Andretti has money and wants in, Haas has no choice but to fold or sell u less miraculously they find a new title sponsor. If they sell Haas walks away with a tidy profit because of the new entry fees giving every team a nice valuation bump. Mazepin gets replaced by Colton Herta. Can they do all this I’m 4 weeks? Haha.

He’s 10 points short iirc. FIA would easily grant an exception in the current circumstances if Andretti’s move is conditional based on it, especially since they continue to shaft Indycar results on points. Andretti’s Sauber deal was contingent on moving Herta to F1 this year but I think they got fucked by contracts. He could also run free practice and qualify after 5 races, they earn a point every session. Lots of ways to make it work, not sure how well he’d do with zero practice.

F1 hasn't announced this yet? I thought I read something yesterday that he'd be allowed to race if he raced under a neutral flag or some shit.

Certain counties has revoked his race license (UK), with more to follow. So yes his days are done.
