The battery on my CX3 goes dead unless I start it or drive it just about everyday. This is what I was told by my Mazda dealer. This seems to happen mostly in the winter.
Obviously with COVID and considering I am now retired, I am not driving everyday like I used to. I keep it plugged in when the temp drops. It seems crazy to have to start/drive your car everyday! I was told that this is tends to happen with highly computerized vehicles. That doesn't seem reasonable because most relatively new models cars these days are highly computerized. I have a brand new Mazda battery.
So my questions are:
1) does this happen to your late model vehicle?
2) what less obvious car component could be draining the battery?
3What similar small SUV does not seem to have this issue?
