MSRP is not the market value of most cars in this inflationary environment. The ultimate price you pay will adjust to market some way or another, whether its MSRP, ADM, financing rates, or forcing you to buy $10,000 of dealer accessories. Or the ultimate adjustment, not being able to buy one at all (see z06).

I love it when the Finance department becomes dyslexic and botches the simple math numbers (deliberately?!):

    insta image download hd

    Numbers should be

    58,291.07

    2,914.5535

    Total 61,205.6235

    And

    494.88 bi-weekly, total interest 3,119.35

Is that for a diesel ZR2?

I have been offered a new ZR2 for a good price but the payments would be like 22% of my net income lol.

Increase your net income and the % will go down.

Oh I’m sure a dealer can 4 square that payment to a more comfortable percentage.

Do they charge these ADM's on factory orders too, or just on the lot sales? Like if I pre-order a model that hasn't even hit the streets yet, do they tack on an ADM?

They probably don’t let you because they already ordered their entire allocation.

Yes, definitely for a diesel version which is a $4,000 engine package.

With 2022 at 1.99%, it's the lowest interest you can get on a mid-size.

They are not allowed to charge a markup on the vehicle MSRP.

Aside from botching the interest rates, they will upcharge on unnecessary add-ons you can't opt-out of like admin fees, ceramic, tint, etch, tire care, undercoat, PPF.

Have you driven the diesel? After driving one the 3.6L is my choice by far, and I’m a diesel guy. It was very slow and didn’t feel that torquey in any spot. The 3.6 is pretty fuel efficient too.

I haven't driven the Diesel but it's definitely underpowered. I like the allure of saving gas but the 3.6 gasoline engine does have Active Fuel Management.

There is a significant delay of power when you mash the throttle rolling around 80km/h. I don't know if it has something to do with the Active Fuel Management.

More updates, different dealership. Luckily, there are no dealer add-ons pushed to me BUT...

Make sure you check the numbers before you sign the dotted line.
