Abandoned house in Eagle Ridge

Does anybody know wtf is up with the abandoned house in Eagle Ridge?

It's been abandoned for close to 20yrs now. Property taxes clearly paid or else the City would have repo'd it a long time ago; somebody periodically modifies it like nailing 2x4s to the garage doors. If somebody were going to tear it down and modernize it you'd think they'd have done it by now

it's just weird, it's been abandoned as long as I can remember and nobody ever knows anything about it. it's one thing if the lights are always off, it's another if the entire house looks like it's ready to fall apart
