Are the street legals always pro tree now or was it just last night? I don't mind it, not a serious racer anyways I just go to set an ET for the car. Always funny watching first timers figure out how to stage.

I don't recall, this is the first time I've been back since precovid days.
Separately, I figured as much but really found out I need a different converter as well
Only made 2 passes and I let off on the first one as I thought I heard a charge pipe or something pop (nothing did) and on the second pass I actually "loaded" the car and it's so damn lazy out of the hole, that was enough for me haha. 117 trap on that pass, I was cutting 11.2s @ 119-120 with my Malibu and thought that car had more yet with more seat time / set up.
It's currently a roll car in this set up
I should visit Vex and we should race. Our competition of slow 60's and high top ends would be legendary! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

For a rainy day. Got it 250 bucks off due to an Amazon pricing error. Should help this thing make a bunch more power at the same boost level.
New rear tires. Crown THICC
@Sentry , Now that you have some new rubber on her, may I suggest your next upgrade. ---> 27 litre V-12

350 bucks? No problem
When your weight distribution is 90/10.
Once you hook up on some Flintstone-sized Hoosiers and the front end comes up, all weight goes on rear, baby!
It was made with all the high tech, featherweight, go fast materials of the 1940’s, like cast iron and high carbon steel and more cast iron. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The stupidest part was, they put those in airplanes and then ford built an ALL ALUMINUM v8 to stick in a tank.

Gave it a bit more pep in its step, changed rear gears from 3.27 to 3.73s. They should have came with these from the factory.
373 to get ready for the 7.3 install.

Shes a fucking RACECAR NOW BOIS
Got some red ignition coils off amazon for dirt cheap, threw some fresh plugs in it too.
Each coil has a sticker, each sticker worth 3 hp.

“God help me, I got a racecar”
Todays project, build a throttle elbow. Picked up a 5.4 throttle off a junkyard F150 (larger than whats on my 4.6) and need to adapt it to the Vic Jr. I'll be putting on soon.
All done and sandblasted.
Also welded a couple little beads to the throttle so it'll hold the coupler on under boost.
Just gotta do a Mopac run for some fittings for the new fuel rails and stuff and then I can install it!
One last look at the factory intake:
Annnd Edelbrock intake swapped on:
Yes it clears the hood.
Here's a comparison of the throttle body upgrade, 65mm vs 75mm.
