    Good point.

Under Euro rules, Ukraine has become a survival nation. Under comradeship rule, they might actually become a prosperous nation again. As much as certain market solutions work for North America, it may not work for Ukraine, or may not work at this period in time.

Argues my normalization is worse then his, lol. Good jerb. You got caught being stupid, nice try weaseling your way out.

Skr, last time I checked, you and Kill aren't either and what I stated was factually correct. I don't give much of a shit if it isn't to your definitions. Canada should have a much larger army.

But Canada sucks, and some thinking in this thread demonstrates why.
Sounds like you should run for politics to make it better, or just leave, then.

At this point Canada would be better off under Putin than Trudeau.

I remember in the 70s and 80s when assassinations were common.

Just to add: Ukraine did poorly under Stalin as well.

In general, Ukraine has always been a poor nation. Which is crazy considering it is literally some of the best farmland. Putin would probably be able to cite strong religion as being its downfall. Its a very strange take and a very hard pill to swallow, or to even consider as a possibility for those who are Orthodox though.

Strong religion and farming seems to historically be disasterous, not just Christian either.

Tell the 80,000 soldiers who died for his war that it was best for them and their families. Or the fact that big corp is continuing to leave Russia over their war - Dell just announced it yesterday I believe. Or the sanctions. Or the restricted travel for some and possible soon most Russian people. Or the citizens of Belgorod. Or or or.

There is nothing about this war that is good for anyone. It's a meat grinder Putin keeps pushing when everyone could have had steak.

He has HUGE support for this operation at home.

This was an existential threat to Russia and its security and sovereignty, one that has now been fully neutralized, despite daily "Ukraine is about to turn this around".

This is a huge victory for him at home, and shows Russia just how weak Nato is. They are literally out of weapons just by lending them. In a real war, they would have been crushed. The reality is sinking in to western leadership.... "your reign of rule is over".

But let's be real and honest.

    Putin versus senile Biden?
    Puton versus dumbledorf Trump?
    Putin versus empty suit Trudeau?
    Putin versus worm Harper?
    Putin versus bumbling Boris Johnson?

    Lol. NO Contest!!

Partial mobilization. Protests in Russia, which is very rare. "Mobilization" usually meaning war, whether declared or not.

Will the USA conscript 18 year old women to fight overseas? Maybe someday.

Why RT is banned off youtube is a fascinating story, especially when looking at how it all started. Needless to say, Russia holds IMMENSE power over Google, the only reason RT is down currently is the war. But it was down before the war as well (a lot of people don't know that).

Big question coming now is: Should Canada accept Russian refugees? If they have bone spurs in their foot as an example.

End of the day, American platforms runs on American government rules. That's why the Chinese are trying so hard to make TikTok a thing and our kids are enabling them.

TLDR: Gen Z are now TikToking things instead of Googing them.
