Apparently Ukraine will not (mostly) fire within Russian borders unless purely defensive with no civilians (like the fuel depots) because NATO will immediately pull all support.

Last time I checked, the best defense was a good offense but they are basically hamstrung.

Fun fact, Ukraine now has more tanks and fighter jets then Canada (and more then they themselves had before the war started).
