    They did offer to let me rent from them at $2,200 per month and on a month to month basis if i have not found a place after the 60 day possession window. Max rental would be 6 months as they plan on making a separate basement entrance for their secondary basement suite.

    btw I put an offer in on a house today for $30k over ask which I am pretty sure is on the lower end but will see what the house sells for tomorrow after the offers are reviewed.

    House across the street from us got listed yesterday. It is absolutely bananas how many people are looking at this place. At one point there was ~dozen clients waiting their turn in the driveway. I couldnt imagine wanting to buy a place in this market. Back to the quadruple meat realtor world..

    House we were interested in sold for $75k over ask. We were only prepared for $30k over ask. Better luck next time lol

    Did go and look at some new builds but both areas are out of lots and looking to start building in 12 - 14 months.

    My brother was trying to book a showing at a different house in Riverstone yesterday (was listed yesterday moring) and by lunch time they weren't accepting anymore viewings cause "it would be sold".

    well this one might be easier because it's not on MLS. Facebook marketplace is the best way to market a home.
