They don't forget, they're just enjoying air-conditioning and watching movies all day on their 50" tv's. You know, in the true spirit of modern camping.

Ahhh the good ol' cheating the system on AB Parks booking. Obvious sliding of bookings occurring everytime i want to get a decent site. Need to start following the BC model that you cannot change your start date if you booked it on the first day that was available.
I'd like no modifications. either keep it or cancel it with no ability to rebook the same site on the same days
Yeah Renogy is one of the best brands / good reliability though you pay a bit more for it. They have a good sale going on now before things get busier so it's pretty decent prices now. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Would be great. Or a 72 hour rest period after you cancel before you can rebook. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
First big camp of the year in the book. 7 days, 4000 km. Wiped
As a bunch of my buddies are working hard to get their trailers ready for the season, I'm a little sad that I'm not doing the same. But at the same time, I'm realizing how much effort and time I spent just "having" a trailer. For sure has freed me up for some other things, which is really good.
Doing a tent-camping trip to chinook June 24th weekend with some bros. That'll be nice.

Loved Sibbald. So beautiful.
Sibbald is Underrated. Nice to get away from the pavement losers.

Gravel roads are a great filter.
Yeah, a lot of my. Favourite places are 45 min or more down gravel, and that keeps out the day trippers. Although the hardcore brap brap crew always show up.

It used to be first come first serve but the whole thing is reservation now. If you head over by jumping pound there is a great swimming hole.

Starlink on the go for those of you who can't deal with spotty cell service for a weekend lol

My favorite campgrounds are the ones without cell/data service.

Did a 1 nighter at Kinbrook Island, first time out there.. really more there for the pike fishnig then the camping, but campsite is surprisingly nice (and was able to get a random night on a long weekend!?).
Man is camping getting pricey though, 1 night, no power, $43 +tax + fuel to get there and its suddenly a mid-hundred dollar adventure. Kinda ridiculous
I love it there. Bird watching is spectacular.
Having the town nearby is really helpful, like for when your kids leave all the interior lights on the SUV and drain the battery.
Only problem is the brooks brewery has some seriously weird hours.. opening at 330!?
