Okay I'm not an expert in normal bail conditions clearly. If this is super normal for people awaiting trial for similar crimes then that just shows my ignorance.

Exactly this. I think most of those guys, this one included, are idiots. But to applaud the Government for how they have and are still handling this is deplorable. Just another example of how fucked this country has become, not by the Government but by the citizenship.
