Any guesses on date and time the ambassador bridge in Windsor opens? I'm thinking today, afternoon some time.

Does seem a weird choice to block border crossings. But it has been effective in getting attention to the protests in a non-violent way, which is always a struggle.

I didn’t care until two days ago when the wheels I have coming from the states got stuck at the border.

Now that I’m personally affected, these truckers can fuck right off.

I’m just excited to see what Trudeau will actually do other than talk about “severe measures” and talking about the Emergencies Act. Force him and that cockroach Bill Blair to put some action towards their big talk

its actually cleared of protestors, there's only a couple dozen standing on the sidewalk, the cops have it closed, not sure what the plan is, they probably dont want to open it just for it to be plugged up again.... i think they're trying to thin out the crowd so people lose interest

The bridge itself is cleared but the road is not. People are easy to move, heavy equipment not so much.

I mean, the “knuckle draggers” have managed to pretty much paralyze three levels of government for weeks, have got the police chief of the nations capital to admit they lost control a long time ago and have shut down at least two major ports of entry.

And now their actions are about to force the federal government to create a new standard for dealing with protests that they’ll get called out to implement the next time there is a “correct” protest going on

the road is cleared of any non-law enforcement items, they towed all the civilian vehicles, I'm watching the livestreams now.

Drove up to Edmonton yesterday. Got blocked by 2 separate rolling convoys. 81 people including drivers and passengers, and every single one was an older white person. Couldn't tell about all the people on the bridges. Also, all of this was north of Red Deer.

Yes, I know most of the bridge is clear. That's why I specified when the bridge would be open to traffic.

    Ambassador bridge is now open.

COUNTER protestors have had enough and against police orders, are taking it on themselves to get these terrorists OUT. Counter protestors now outnumbering the remaining fuckers.

Nothing you said is an argument in favour of the intelligence of the protestors. A person with an iq of 60 can park a truck in the middle of the road.

That being said, the three levels of paralyzed government are equally stupid.

Please. Tricky situation because too much government support for chaos. Kenney, Peepee and the CPC in general support the occupiers.

They would have loved for Trudeau to have to act heavy handed.

The blame lies on the local police sympathizers. Police are authoritarian by nature and identify with these anti vaxxers.

Simple really. Lifetime license suspensions for commercial operators, $10,000 fines, 5 years for civilians and $1000 fines, and put them on the no fly list as they are extremists.

Just 5 such charges and the rest would have scattered like the rats they are.

And for fucksakes, should have arrested Pat King on day 1, or the first tweet threatening Trudeau.

they dont even need to be that harsh, they just need to make a handful of arrests, for each arrest, guaranteed 20-50 people scatter and disappear, it wont take much, regardless of the charge.

They just need to teach these people it's more than just intimidation.

Right now it has to be harsh, at the beginning would have been easy.

Otherwise they are just emboldened and will do it again to protest that McDonald's won't bring back Mcpizza or some other moronic shit.
