Honestly I couldn't care less if these blockades continue to hamper my industry, which they are at this point, if it actually results in ousting that useless, virtue signaling prick.

A couple more liberal MP's break rank this week and the dominos will fall. I wonder how hard he's threatening them in private right now lol. At least his spineless incompetence is on full display for the world to see. Poor Fidel must be rolling over in his grave.

Edit - I keep forgetting that nothing happening has anything to do with the racist protests. They're just riding the coattails of coincidence.

The National Post is just a right wing tabloid. The racist protests haven't done anything.
I don't know a better national newspaper. But agree they have a bias. Al Jazeera and BBC are better for Canadian news.

I’m shocked that the French authorities are fighting so hard. One would have expected them to break out the white flags and begin collaborating with the protestors at the first sign of trouble.

Don't forget these are the fuckers that got a head chopping device popular enough to be named after Guillotine. And our BLM protest is just something they do every Sunday.

Good take on the All-In podcast. It's interesting how many of the "elites" get it, but the liberal midwits don't because of the bubble they build around themselves. These are 3 democrats and a republican, but all are pretty much on the same page.

Maybe I'm weird but I enjoy podcasts while I'm doing other things. Driving, cooking etc.

I'm on record in this thread saying that Trudeau won't be fucked, so I wouldn't have thought so.

I'm kind of torn now. I don't like being proved wrong, even though I frequently am. On the other hand, New Toma sucks so much and still won't shut up about whatever he's blathering about, so it would be nice for him to be wrong.

I'll give it to new Toma. He's been sitting on his hands for a few years throughout a lot of political ongoings. Only to return now. Dude's got some self control.
Or he got banned from other sites and had to come back.

Ow here's a potential positive development. Governments looking at mechanisms of controlling foreign funding of protests. That would have been really handy with the pipeline stuff for sure.

Any guesses on date and time the ambassador bridge in Windsor opens? I'm thinking today, afternoon some time.

Does seem a weird choice to block border crossings. But it has been effective in getting attention to the protests in a non-violent way, which is always a struggle.
