Mounties have arrested 11 people at the #Coutts border blockade: "The Alberta RCMP recently became aware of a small organized group within the larger Coutts protest. Information was received that this group had access to a cache of firearms with a large quantity of ammunition."

If this is legit, hopefully these idiots get butt fucked by the law.

"Early this morning, police searched three trailers and found:
    13 long guns
    handguns
    multiple sets of body armour
    a machete
    a large quantity of ammunition
    high capacity magazines

As mentioned 11 people have been arrested."

Definitely miscalculation on his part but 2/3 polled are ok with RCMP/Military to end this blockades. So he is still doing what the majority wanted.

But he let Ford take the fall 1st and see the reaction before doing one himself. He's a coward.
End it. Good, it's about time. He doesn't need his emergency act to do it though, or at least he didn't. That's the point. He's absolutely a coward, and absolutely incompetent. He couldn't run a pie-eating contest but wants to be a dictator, it's sad this is what our idiocy has asked for.

    He’ll be speaking at 14:30.

    This is actually happening. Wtf?

Time to say that was about a week ago before the Ambassador Bridge escalation.

The message of this protest is poorly defined. So are the responses to the protest.

Well, ultimately the message of the protest is government overreach. Now with the emergencies act, Trudeau is literally doing what the protest is about.

If he would just listen (and then do nothing even) it would help. He has little idea of leadership. He could learn something from McDonalds front line supervisors.

He could still deescalate this. Say the act was a rumour, and as a prepared leader (pump his own tires a bit) he had the option on the table - but it’s time to listen.

    That’s it.

How is the message poorly defined? This is the easiest most straightforward message of any protest lol. End all of the mandates. Unlike Occupy, BLM, womens march, etc.

Every interview I see they are all on message, regardless of which part of the country they are from, race, language, etc. That's why there are so many vaccinated people involved. They took the shot, some willingly, some under coercion, but everyone agrees on one thing - Trudeau the dictator and all the premieres falling in line do not have the consent of the people to suspend people's rights the way they have been, whether its making your kid wear a mask at school, preventing you from shopping at walmart and costco, curfews, banning you from airplanes, making you take expensive tests if you want to travel, etc.

Get rid of it. All of it. Old normal, not new normal.

easily, watch the live steams, maybe half of the poeple say mandates, the rest have some other agenda, many think Trudeau needs to resign, many say not only end current mandates but pass some sort of law to prevent future mandates, some are saying all govt overreach, (guns etc)..., there are dozens of variations of what people are demanding to end this.

Really sucks that some idiots brought guns and ruined things for everyone, waiting to hear more about the story there. Some of the convoy security in Ottawa have been frustrated because they are reporting bad actors to cops and not tolerating them, but then the chief goes and says WE HAVE REPORTS OF CRIME AT THE PROTEST and makes it sound like it's the protesters. He keeps talking about all of the investigations, but many were vandalism to trucks, like keying them, etc.

Not sure if the cops somehow knew about this for a week and found out through other means, or if they had a mole, or if the protest group reported it themselves, or what. Not that it matters anyway, the media and the libs have all they need. We saw all the mileage they got over the fake nazi picture

When he meant he doesn't see how it could get muddled, he was referring to a good faith rational person listening. So, no worries if you still haven't figure out the message. You'll get there.
