    I did pick up a mat specifically for this which Porsche had in their display area so that problem is sort of solved now since all of the water collects on the mat but I'm still wondering if the floor is just going to completely crumble away.

    Like most things, it's the pre prep and the initial surface. Seems to be flaking badly.
    I'm guessing that the epoxy went on to cover the rot happening.

    Get a floor squeegee that can help push water out the door.
