Well, the wind picked up and the griddle wasn’t as hot as I’d liked… but we got there

But some smart ass was like “how about some lobster tails?” And I said sure! Sounds great…. Then they showed up with these fucking things. So full, no one cleared a plate.

Also did a mixed mushroom risotto with some nice morels, which just sort of got lost under there… stupid lobster

Tri tip on the keg. Jealous devil charcoal temp got away from me a bit. Turned out pretty good though.

Love that! Will be best sandwiches ever!
Are you happy with the Jealous Devil flavour in beef? I decided to only use it for chicken & pork. I think I'm the weird one, though.

Since Wednesday I've been in surgery recovery unit and the past few days food, is utterly shameful. Cant wait for real meals again. Today I literally got a slice of pork loin in mushroom gravy and a pudding cup. Thats it. Like how is that enough food?

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

500g beef, 500g sausage, 1kg ricotta, you can't go far wrong with that.
