Legit Iberico de Bellota is very very swank.
But like I said, Serrano is much more affordable and easier to find and is a lower grade if the same thing essentially.
I found a quarter leg with a little mount and carver at Costco one year which was fun.

It was “5J” and the hotel isn’t exactly cheap or misleading so I don’t have any doubts in the authenticity.
