Default Where Can I Get A Floor Plan Designed?

My family's summer home was being lifted onto a new basement foundation by a professional crane company and they ended up dropping it and destroying the entire structure. There's a legal situation but we're going to rebuild it ourselves in the spring so I'm wondering if someone can design a proper floor plan based on the exact measurements of the surviving basement footprint. Where would I go to find someone that can provide that design in such a way that it's up to all codes and can be stamped by an engineer?

    You mean like an architect?

I highly advise that you of all people build nothing yourself.

There would have needed to be original drawings for the first build. They would’ve been submitted as part of a development / building permit so just get a copy of those and you’ll have your basement blueprint

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Arash is the first person I thought of when I saw that Mar was going to build it himself

I look forward to the update where the entire family was defrauded of $500K due to hiring an architect from a back alley.

Well sure, in theory... IDK how many houses you've owned, but odds are, unless the house is <10 years old (maybe 5?) not a huge chance it's coming with any drawings other than an RPR.

@OP might be a good idea to do something in google sketchup (or some similar app) yourself prior to going to an architect. It'll save you a bit of money. Also, is there video of the house getting dropped? Please post that.

More details needed on the summer house.
    Actual house? Cottage? Mansion?
There's a lot of prebuilt plans and costco I think sold summer cottage build kits too.

Going custom means big money. Go find a place, even in the city and go buy the plans for it or copy it some how.
Make sure the garage floor is sloped with a drain.

Hold on everyone, I got this...

One time I saw Super Dave Osborne do this stunt with an ATCO trailer suspended by a crane. While Super was giving the audience the run-down of how the stunt works and simultaneously instructing Fuji on the important safety details, Super Dave lost situational awareness and... this Mar thread occured.
