    Yep at current prices even my 335d has gone from 8.8 cents per km average to 13.5 cents per km in fuel cost.

    Not really. It wants premium, especially in hot weather. But in winter I usually alternate reg and mid grade, if I keep my foot out of it and the RPM's down its fine. We gonna see how it does with some regular this week tho.

    Esso by me bumped from 158 to 168.9 last night

    Curious how this works for CRA. Are we going to see a mileage allowance bump to cover the additional fuel costs going forward? 61 cents doesn't cover nearly as much if you're spending 20-30 cents on fuel alone.

    Increase in costs isn't the CRAs problem unfortunately.

    Inflation is one of the most powerful tools gov'ts have to reduce their real debt, and increase their revenues. They just have to ensure they have a beneficial calculation for their cost of living indexing. Google "bracket creep".
