We're the only people on our floor, we use our womens washroom freely/equally because our two female employees are only part time... i just meant before when i worked at other places... Or have to pee when im at CNRL

That sometimes has its own consequences though when I see someone I know: e.g. "hey man, are you on this floor now?" "Nope...I'm just here to poop!" It's happened more often than I'd like.

There are stalls, but if you're into jerking off while listening live to women on the toilet, pulling their panties up and down, etc, then boy do we have a treat for you! But as far as minimizing line ups then it makes the best use of the number of stalls. At least now I can toss my baby wipes into the period pad boxes.
