Why a severe trauma victim was allowed into Canada without extensive rehab and treatment is the real question. You can't take a former child soldier from some shithole country in and put him on the street with ordinary people.

I havent seen the video and dont intend to click it. I will say 2 things:

1. Anyone with a knife in close proximity to other people is 100% a lethal threat and if they lunge, run, jump, twitch toward another person they are basically choosing their own destiny and the officer has no choice but to shoot
2 - I think it is time to re-evaluate dog vs human life. Yes, I know that dog is serving as an officer but its a dog, even if you kill a dog you shouldnt necessarily take the ambient temperature challenge. I know it probably takes a shit tonne of money to train and certify a working dog like that but its still dog v human


Tldr: if your holding lethal force and near bystanders you gon die unless you drop it, should be allowed to stab a dog and not die unless you come close to human victim

K9 cops view the dogs much more like tools than we think they do. Expensive, yes, but very expendable..
