ETF suggestions for an RRSP

I want to sell my Enbridge stock that I hold in my RRSP and put it in an ETF that holds a big stake in Apple and Amazon.

What is everyone holding or can suggest that doesn't have high management fees. I've been looking at Vanguard funds

Possibly a gold or mining ETF for rare metals?

HHL seems like a good high divi paying healthcare etf. I'll be doing some more research but so far it seems good. YOLO
