I have a parkchamp parkade in my building and they not only got rid of early bird pricing earlier this year but they upped the price. Nearly $30 to park downtown is ridiculous

Decided I should get my downtown parking at least partly sorted for the winter. Got myself a flexpass for the convention center. That's 10 days a month my truck can be warm. Good start.

I tried to sign up for one of their waitlists over a year ago and my account just became corrupted and I couldn't do anything. Then I got a trillion notifications, but could never get a pass.

I had a flex pass years ago. Was fine. Wanted one last year, wait lists were in effect. I put myself on wait list for Harmony/James Short this year, but decided I'll thank myself in December if I get something sorted, so Convention Centre it is. I don't know how many days I'm downtown each month. It's more than 10 for sure, so I guess I'll pay daily the other days.

Flexpass is a great deal even if you need more days, at least you have the first ten covered. $172 for convention centre. That'll be nice in December when it feels as cold as tpims heart.

WTF kind of company doesn't provide a GST# Registration on their receipt?? So I got heck from accounting for this expense submission.

Then props to the "customer service" guy when I called them. "GST is included in the price."
