I wouldnt expect any of the super low daily rates to continue when everyone is back in the office... they were done as a temporary bandaid to try and fill whatever they could. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I'm bad at predicting the future. Any parking prices I am referring to are from the past.

I have parking in TCT, and given the hybrid work days, I may have to make the tough decision to part ways with it. Took me so long to get it as the waitlist was something like 5 years. Since TC doesn't own the building, they are at the mercy of the building owners, and I don't see them reducing their rates. Likely just going to be cheaper to pay a daily rate somewhere else

I don't know where people are parking, but the lots near me are still rather empty.
Gone are the days of monthly parking. Most people don't need it anymore. Passes or day rate is where it's at now.

Jibes with my hypothesis around the rate flattening.
Bow parkade rooftop is $15 before 9am and $18 all other floors (not the bow building)
GO FLAMES GO!
CPA Lot 25 is also $18/day and it's connected to the +15.
AER is now only $4/hr.
No one under 50 can use this properly with the obvious exception of me but damn son, you OLD.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I also have a parking question. I heard suncor employees get discounted parking around yyc, but I can't seem to find current info, does anyone know which lot to park at for it?
I’ve only seen discounts advertised for Suncor employees is parking in SEC.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Yeah, SEC = Suncor Energy Centre. I just assumed a Suncor employee would have the acronym down.
Which lot are you parking in ES? It’s annoying the 10 day deal at James Short (or whatever it’s called now) went up 50%.
