I wouldnt expect any of the super low daily rates to continue when everyone is back in the office... they were done as a temporary bandaid to try and fill whatever they could.

I have parking in TCT, and given the hybrid work days, I may have to make the tough decision to part ways with it. Took me so long to get it as the waitlist was something like 5 years. Since TC doesn't own the building, they are at the mercy of the building owners, and I don't see them reducing their rates. Likely just going to be cheaper to pay a daily rate somewhere else
