She is suffering from a condition called alopecia; basically hair loss. That is probably why Will got pissed as Chris crossed the line and joked about her condition (though I've seen and heard worse ones from comedians). It actually looks good on her though if you ask me.

It's crazy to me that in this day and age a man can walk on stage and assault another man and then go right back to his seat and not be escorted out by security but I imagine the entire theatre wasn't sure what they just witnessed.
