    Chris Rock, like most standup, is very "of his era". Standup has moved on a lot since his generation. Youtube and the like have been amazing for standup because we can access so much of it and see waht is modern.

    I agree and I was tricked by this for too long.
    I still find someone like Ali Wong funny, but it's pretty low hanging fruit to spend 45 min talking about your pussy and blowing dudes.

    I hate comedians even more than I hate watching movies or multi-season shows like "insert any past or current streaming craze here". With the OBVIOUS exception of Norm Macdonald
