Four day as in 4x10h or 4x8's in which everyone gets paid less?
The language is very non-committal, but most 4-day pilots going on around the world are 4x8 with full pay rather than the compressed schedule. There are already towns and companies in Ontario doing their own 4x8 pilots so one would think the province of Ontario doing one would fall into that as well rather than the compressed schedule which they can already offer.

Really it's about the environment. Think of the carbon savings by reducing daily commute by 20%.
The environment is the second thing I care about.....

    You're welcome.
It warms my heart that you noticed. I accept a significant portion of the responsibility for this. It has taken me so very long but when you set goals, you can achieve great things.

LoL, yeah there's some closet fan out there that attempts to thwart my efforts, but it just reinforces my resolve to keep up the good fight.
I have acquired a large stick (although yours is much larger) and will be able to keep ahead of it.

Public sector work is pretty nice for the worker.

But I probably could get the same amount done in 4 days. Pay the same though

You’re right. We should entirely get away from time being the way we measure value.

Not sure most government employees would be able to feed themselves on the value of their productivity they offer though…

They'd setup a program whereby they're fed at work and given take home meals for the family free for them.

Would they have to line up for these meals?
