    Default Inflating prices

List a place that you've noticed a massive price inflation at.

Mine, Freshii just increasing their prices $4 per across the board.

Vietnamese place, white man meals x2: $36. Previously, $27 which was already a raise from low $20's.

The biggest thing I noticed that increases in price that isn't regularly on sale is canola oil. That shit used to be $4.xx for 3L. It's like $8 now.

I've seen that at Costco. Crazy.
Vanilla Extract used to be $50/bottle. Now it's a lot cheaper surprisingly.

Yeah McDs has monetized changes. My kid put like $2. 75 worth of extras on a plain hamburger.

The Premium Membership cost for this forum keeps increasing. Not sure if I can afford to hang out here much longer.

The high vanilla prices for a while were caused by a big storm that hit Madagascar and fucked up all the vanilla crops.

Most of the world's vanilla comes from Madagascar, low supply caused prices to spike.

I always got big bottles of vanilla for cheap in Mexico. Highly recommend if you know somebody visiting there.

Avacados - Didn't those little fuckers used to be $1?

I was at Costco the other day and it was like $13 for a bag of 5-6

How many of these places do you think will shut down? No one is going to be paying $17 for a Freshii bowl or $20 an entrée for vermicelli and what is probably a smaller portion of meat isn't going to go over too well.

I love eating out, but it's getting to the point where half the time you're thinking "I really just paid $xx for this" for half the meal

Besides the obvious gas prices the price of flour and butter has noticeably increased.
