Amazon now does returns through Purolator or Intelicom home pick up if you work from home.
Definitely trying to make it more difficult to do a return compared to when they were with Canada Post.

I recently discovered you can drop off at Staples for Purolator returns
Good to know. Just letting everyone know.
At peak covid I was probably +50% return rate.
Quality shit it seemed from Amazon.
I hate it, not sure if it was just me but they definitely didn't come "next business day". Also didn't give me any notice on what day or when they would be showing up either. Going to stick with dropping it off next time I have to send something back.
Nope. Tried it myself and if you don't wfh. There's little chance of getting it picked up.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

You can also pickup Fedex stuff there as well.

was way easier with canada post, they're on every corner. purolater not so much and intelcomm is a waste, my wifes always home and nope they never show up
Yeah I liked the Canada post amazon drop off bins. I have a package that was supposed to be picked up yesterday and had it all nicely packaged and labelled but no show . But I WFH so not a big deal. Didn't know about staples for puro returns and might start doing that if this pickup thing is too much trouble. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Edit: Package just picked up after 1.5 days. Not bad I guess.

Purolator is a joke, I have had packages not delivered at all, contact amazon they say their blah blah sorry blah and refund me my money. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I ordered a power probe last week I didn't get it in the time it said amazon 2 day shipping and worst part of it all was when I "received" the package it was an empty envelope
I'm looking at my return package tracking and nothing has moved. Still doesn't say received. Just says return by June 28.
I dropped it a week ago. Time to contact Amazon.
Yep, this "convenience" is going downhill fast.
I ordered some mirrored window tints (for front door glass on house) - like a 2ft x 5ft roll of tint. What shows up?... a 5 x 7' area rug in a huge box lmao. To return I had to dropoff at Purolator at Airport since the box was an 8ft long box. Seemed alright.. but then 2 months later they charged my CC back for the refund (they did the refund fast when I dropped it off) - I called saying wtf?? They said they didn't receive my returned window tint.. like guys - that's the point - it was a f*cking area rug you sent me. "ooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh" they said... apologized and reversed the reverse back. Annoying.
Convenience of ez returns to Amazon going downhill for sure.
