Ouch...
We went Japan couple year ago in August, got the heat wave, whole week in Tokyo was 40c, basically Hotel>Subway>Mall>Subway> Hotel!
Air conditioning is weak in Japan, (environment friendly ) we carried portable fan everywhere. :O
Tokyo is already too hot for Canadian during summer. *.*
Hope the heat wave wont last long.
