Has anyone noticed returns are with Purolator and Intelcom Pickup now? Intelcom never came for my last one and Purolator is less convenient than Canada Post.
I'm wondering if they are trying to make returns more difficult.
As long as Purolator return label isn't QR code, you can drop it off at Staples.

Everyone buys chinese crap, whether they know it or not. I'd love some suggestions for where to go to buy North American/European though if you have some.
I think he meant Chinese branded crap that lack QA in exchange for lowest price.

Everything is made in China with exceptions here and there.

    FC moto?
Didn't look, I know of them and Fortnine now. I'd prefer Costco honestly but for the price - delivered and with Amazon returns I'll take it.

Honestly, go Fortnine first for anything you may need to return. As they're in Canada.
Returns to FC moto are stupid expensive as you're sending back to Germany.

Oh I see what he meant, for sure. I was actually serious though if he knew of a service where I could buy North American made goods, that would be pretty cool, an Amazon of NA goods.

Hell, Amazon is probably missing out by not having that as a category.

Well there are services, they are called stores, some even have interweb sites.

It is entirely possible to buy well made stuff manufactured in NA and even from China. But I find the word scramble vendors on Amazon to suck.

If you ever buy hand tools, try to get them from this country or the USA.

At the very least get your screwdrivers from here.

https://www.leevalley.com/en-ca/shop...r?item=88K1850 <- Also made in Canada.

I have a MiC set of lock pliers that absolutely suck. The Channellock is so much better it's astounding.

If you can find Speed Queen, those are MiUSA and still use simple circuit boards and relays.

A lot of furniture is made here, and it's excellent quality. This is definitely something that is worth the extra money as I have pieces that are now over 20 years old and still look and work brand new.

All my screwdrivers come from Lee Valley (Wiha), when I spec'd kits for my techs years ago that's what they got. Were completely inline quality wise with a lot of the german made tools I looked into and were readily available. They are owned by germans, but its a USA company.

Didn't know channellocks were still USA made, but yes, they do indeed kickass. Added bonus, on sale they are downright affordable.

Renewed yearly sub. Figure the price will go up like Europe did.

Bought a fire 10 tablet this year because my kids need new ones and need something cheap to use while travelling. Will be installing normal google play store and seeing how close I can get to normal android experience.
Fire tablet been impressive so far. Can't use the Google family link, but the fire tablets have thier own kids mode which is okay.
