14 St Car Wash I find is a bit better for timing and soap coverage than 10th and 10th.
Life hack there: Can run right to the last 5 seconds before next minute to maximize.
    At 7 min it's $7
    At 7:50 it's $7
    At 8 min it's $8

I think it’s called Harpers? Some of the stalls have aggressive dips though.

Harpers also has free vacuums outside on Fridays, so when looking at it from a value perspective they're a good bet.

Reading this thread has reminded me how much money I’ve saved buying a pressure washer and washing my cars at home, much more convenient as well. Even if you don’t have a pressure washer, ONR in a bucket works great.

    I’ve always been skeptical.

Like, with no initial rinse, aren’t you basically rubbing sand, dirt and grit into your paint?

Yes, but also no. Basically their claim is that the formula pulls the dirt off and encapsulates the particles so they can’t scratch the car. I don’t entirely buy it. Ive never used it for a filthy car, but it’s great for a wash to get rid of road grime after driving in the rain or something.

I can wrap my head around that use case.

I always pressure wash first but the detailer guru @gpomp says it's safe but change your wash cloth lots if the car is super dirty.

Yes as long as you are using a high quality towel and not Costco towels you should be fine. A decent towel will be in the $6-8 range and you'll want to use 5 to wash and 5 to dry. I have these wash kits in stock.

    In the hood!

Centex of 52 ST SE and 21A ave.

Looks basically flat in and out of the street or maybe snow covered a touch. 10 single bays, a bit older but $2 gets you almost 3mins. excellent. Excellent.
