In a serious note, I will try to go on a multivitamin, with omega 3 and maybe some extra vitamin C and D. Been feeling tired as fuck lately.

As far as I know, that's not always true. A healthy, balanced diet should indeed provide the required nutrients for the most part. As you mention, magnesium can be a problem as iron can for women, as well as vitamin D for everyone who don't get out in the sun or winter time.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. However, if someone has a poor diet they may well run a deficiency in various vitamins and minerals. And for those people and those people alone, I do think there is a limited use for multivitamins.
