    Default Employment Lawyer Suggestions

Might be in need of a Lawyer that has experience in Employment Law. Ideally either located in Calgary or can work through voice/video conference.

Interestingly might be part of a group initiating action against someone, and have someone initiating action against that same group. Hoping to avoid most of this, but a lot of it is out of my hands.

    Suggestions appreciated.

I’ve worked with Scott Nicol before on employment matters and he’s great. He might be worth a call in your situation; mailto:[email protected] +1 587-887-3695

I'll be needing an employment lawyer to help me review the legality or suitability of my severance package and prepare a response to my former employer.
Are the above recommendations still good?

note: Anthony Purgas doesn't seem to be in this area of practice anymore according to the law society directory.

This thread brings back PTSD, thanks.

Macleod law sponsors a podcast I listen to, so I'd probably call them.

I'd also like to forget this snapshot of my mindset at 9:43 am on a Thursday in June 2022. Jesus.

    I would recommend

great lawyer, i recommended her to a family friend last month and she took her 20 year employer to the cleaners for wrongful dismissal

That link is dead, but a Google shows he definitely still is.
