Call CPA, if it's stolen they'll tell you to call CPS and give them the same info. Plate, car type.
Then they show up, ask you a few questions, like did you touch the vehicle, etc.
Lots of cars stolen get ditched by my place. Done it a few times.
CPS will deal with the tow truck.

    This is an interesting stance.
Be right back. Just gonna abandon my shit-box half across your driveway and disappear for a week since that's apparently no big deal.
Not saying its not a big deal. Just saying that taking a plate off a car that doesn't belong to you is not a smart move either. Either way you go about it, parking authority come by and get rid of it

Blocking a driveway - they'll tow it. CPA will sit on it until tow truck arrives. Or at least they used to...
When I lived two blocks from SAIT, people would block my driveway every week. The tow truck guys would take 15 minutes or less after calling 311

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

Called 311. They were gonna send a truck and then the owner showed up last minute and moved it. Maybe they saw my post in the community FB? I dunno. Called 311 back to call off the tow and they were very appreciative.

Borrow a few of those wheel dolly's and push the next vehicle into traffic. Teach them a lesson.

A buddy of mine had a neighbor park their truck in front of his gate for his RV parking. He grabbed his own truck, strapped on to the neighbors truck and drug it out of the way of his gate in the alley. Problem solved.
    I like neat cars.

Pretty easy. Remove the license plate, report a suspicious car outside.
