Went with the Pixel 6 Pro, Rogers worked out a deal for me, $20/mo for 24m and no upfront edge nonsense this time
Seems dece so far, UI is taking a bit of getting used to after 10 years of Samsungs

You'll like it. Once you get it setup and used to it.
Setup that VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling in settings if it's not already.
Messenger has a chat setup like iMessage too.
An absolute must on ROGERS hahThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
So far I'm very impressed with Pixel's new Magic Eraser. I thought it's just a simple PS Content Aware Fill but impressed that it can correctly guess what I want to remove from the picture with high accuracy. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I find Pixel's modem is more eager to roam or switch network tho compared to my old Samsung.
Also, are you sure you get to keep the device after 24mths? They pitched same thing for S22 Ultra but it ended up being a lease. Need to pay $600+ at the end to keep the phone. Otherwise, $1200 for $480 is good deal.

Certain (perhaps the newest?) Samsungs are a bear to fix. I had an S10 with cracked glass, and sold it for $50 for parts because cost of the screen negated any value the phone really had. Unless they decided to go more modular with the newest models (which I highly doubt) we now live in a world where a cracked screen renders the device essentially worthless.
Magic eraser on my wife's 6A is very impressive.
That is the best feature. I've used it a lot and it's great. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I get a $30 "credit" on my bill each month for selecting this phone on this plan, the phone shows as a $50~ a month charge then has the credit applied at the end... Dunno why they do it that way but whatever lol
