I was just suggesting that both Provincial and RCMP are capable of hiring a cancerous growth and then completely floundering pathetic attempts to get rid of it.
Bad apples everywhere that scathe through the process. The fact the OPP hasnt made a serious example out of that piece of trash goes to show what a shitty organization OPP is.

Nothing like saying we have the public's trust by keeping a Rapist, drug dealer cop still employed and receiving a paycheck.

I am going to bet that is a union thing more than a police force thing, but either way, this guy should not even be breathing anymore let alone collecting a paycheque.

Kevlar might be a good choice for the base fabric.

I'm surprised it hasn't gone to some local indigenous artist by now.

It isn't news that those cancers are drawn to that type of work. Nor is it news there isn't a police force in North America that puts the public good ahead of their own self serving policies and Government mandates. That doesn't mean they don't do good at points of time or in certain ways and areas, or have many well intentioned staff (which is a concept the mouth breathers can't get their head around),but plain and simple the institution is a security force first, a self serving entity second and a public servant in a very distant third.

This won't change regardless who runs the show.
