Get rid of the wall oven and do a stove then.

    Similar kitchen setup we did.

Wife wants a pair of single door fridges, we never use the freezer in the fridge, and neve have enough fridge space...
This is going to be the Beyond Civic of fridges.

I've got the Electrolux version and split up the pair with the single trim kits to keep them from dominating the space (we didn't have a corner to tuck them around like Benyl has). Still very happy we went this route, since we wanted counter depth and regular counter depth fridges don't have nearly enough space for a family.
I think someone else on here who did a custom build split the pair and hid the freezer in the pantry.

Only concern on that, double wall oven is a ceiling height cabinet, wanted to avoid having a cabinet block the light/sight line from sink/window to dining area.

I doubt it would be as bad as you think and would look aesthetically better.

What I know is Beyond isn't a bunch of interior designers.
    There's tonnes of theoretical layouts.
    Old was the kitchen triangle.
New is into zones of work.
