Amazon Fire Stick / Streaming Devices? (Reducing Subscriptions)

Anyone here have one of these things or a good place to get them these days?

I used to have Kodi back in the day on my apple tv but it expired.... Now I hear whispers of people getting completely loaded amazon fire sticks with all sports, shows, movies etc.

DAZN - $25/mo
Sporsnet - $15/mo or so
Netflix, Apple, Crave

I am simply cheap and I don't wanna pay... especially for the sports ones where sportsnet blacks me out of watching games unless I pay more. F them

I got one with IPTV.
I got all the channels, sports, movies etc.
I would not get a firestick if going down the IPTV route. Get a android box.

You can still sideload all the things you want but agree, android box would be faster and more capable.

No. I contacted FB/Kijji. Paid yearly fee of around $150. They loaded it up. I got mine with a keyboard. But as a firestick ages it gets sensitive to the current. So the Keyboard attachement keeps on resetting the firestick. So I just took the keyboard off.

What you can do is contact the IPTV providers. They also provide the box.

Gonna need to look into this for the new nhl season since Rogers have fucked off NHL-Live and make you buy a SNNow sub, which can only be streamed on one device at a time, as well as losing the choice of commentary, the radio options and ability to have a multicast of games. But but but it's OK because in Alberta/BC the Lames, Coilers and Cucks are not blacked out now!

Set up a free VPN with TunnelBear
Set region to Argentina
Go to Youtube Premium website and sign up with your credit card and a random fake Argentina address. Price should show up as ARS, I had to toggle the VPN connection a couple times to get it to show ARS not Chilean whatevers.
Disconnect/delete VPN if you want
Enjoy YT Premium for like $1.50/month. Worth it if you watch on an Apple TV type device that can't adblock.

i've got a lifetime vpn, might have to try this, i do pay for premium, but i figured it's worth it, the whole family uses youtube daily... but cheaper is always gooder.

Should be a one time set up. I just did it last week but I had to create a new Argentina account for it to accept my CC. Also had to use vpn on other accounts I was to trying to add to the family.

Kodi with a debrid service then load it with the crew for sports, fen or Ezra for TV and movies.

Yup its just a recurring monthly CC payment. Once thats set up they don't care where you're watching from so no need for the VPN until your credit card expires.

Eventually Youtube will find out unless you always logged into that account and VPN to Argentina and do that for all family members' youtube app and device.

I share my Youtube Family Premium with a cousin that moved to Ontario. This month, he got a warning of being kicked off because Youtube flag him as not in my household. While family members in Calgary who share with me doesn't have that warning yet.
