Default Furniture donation? Preferably pick up

As some of you know my father has been placed in a hospice. I need to clear out his apartment this weekend so the rent doesn't come out on the 1st.

Does anyone know for certain if there are places that will pick up furniture for donations? I called salvation army and they don't do it anymore and I called WINS a few time with no luck of anyone answering.

Need to get this done by end of the weekend

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

This is the surest way to get rid of anything. Saves you a landfill trip/cost and it's gone in an hour.

Some stuff I've put up for free baffles me that anyone would want it and yet people are begging me to hold it for them.

+1 for free on Kijiji. It’ll all be gone within the day.

There are some very nice and professional people who take free furniture on kijiji. I had a couch that my kids had really fucked up. Stained all the hell with food. Too lazy to clean, too nice to donate dirty shit to charity. Posted it with detailed photos of stains, two dudes were there in 45 minutes. Nice organized and clean looking white dudes. Was weird, but they were happy.

We had a couple of sisters pick up our old leather couches. They repair furniture as a hobby.
