There are also quite a few articles explaining how Sasquatch and the Loch Ness monster also exist.

You can find anything to support any narrative you want.

So do you want to know about this bridge?
Russia wasn't also going to invade Ukraine and if they did Ukraine wasn't going to win.... everything you think would happen hasn't played out as it should.

The world has stood by and let Russia invade. They never did Jack squat... how does the world react if they nuke Ukraine? Based on previous history they do nothing.

IMO I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities especially if russian pride/egos get hurt as they continue to lose the war. The more rhetoric we read the more likely I think it may happen.

I don't think anyone's worst off by stocking up on essentials a bit more than normal but hey I was getting caller crazy for doing this in dec/jan when covid first started to hit. No one was laughing when our house provided them their essentials.

If a nuke is used the rest of the world will likely band together and destroy the fuck out of the country who used a nuke.

Nuclear war spells the end of human life on Earth. No world leader is going to do that.

Have you ever heard of tactical nukes?

    From wiki:
The yield varies for a tactical nuclear weapon from a fraction of a kiloton to approximately 50 kilotons.[7] In comparison, a strategic nuclear weapon has a yield from 100 kilotons to over a megaton, with much larger warheads available.

You guys play too many war games.

if a SINGLE nuclear weapon is used there will only be two outcomes.

    1) The rest of the world militarizes against said country and a nuclear treaty is implemented
    2) The world ceases to exist

I read a Jack Ryan book that says the USA has the tech to shoot down nukes before they arm, so that's no worries mate.

Nuke damage could be overstated. 2,000 nukes set off, about half by the USA. The big Tsar bomb was set off within sight of Finland of course.

If we aren't glowing yet because of those, what is another tactical nuke or two?

This generation does not have a clue about nukes if just for the idea that not many nukes have been set off in the last decades. I remember back when you could buy a ticket to Vegas to see them set off nukes. Was a decent tourist attraction at that.

Regardless, triple covering every US aircraft carrier pretty much locks away 30 nukes for that purpose.

Do you understand that the long term radiation makes any site hit with any kind of nuke unviable for decades, if not hundreds of years?

This is only a benefit of the nukes land in the 27 most populated cities in the developing world. Nuke India, Indonesia, Nigeria and China off the map and it'd be a huge win for the environment.

Lol no, literally 5 seconds of googling or looking back at history (Hiroshima and Nagasaki) proves you absolutely incorrect. And it is difficult to determine how wide of an area would be effected because fallout dispersion is so variable, but it wouldn't cover a whole province with how far away individual blasts would be. If you live in the middle of nowhere Sask, you'll likely be fine, they aren't going to nuke thousands of hectares of farm land.

For the survivors of a nuclear war, this lingering radiation hazard could represent a grave threat for as long as 1 to 5 years after the attack.
Standard thermonuclear weapons have a fallout that will typically degrade to habitable levels within 6-18 months.

A ground detonation would produce a more severely affected local area of irradiation whereas an air burst would ultimately cover such a broad area that it would be diffused and relatively harmless.

After an atomic explosion the fallout is entirely airborne particulate and is more easily blown away or swiftly incorporated into the water cycle and dispersed compared to a nuclear meltdown.

Of great concern, should one ever be built or detonated, is a Cobalt Bomb. This is a kind of "salted" nuclear weapon where a large amount of cobalt is added to the device and the reaction turns it into the highly radioactive cobalt-60. This would produce levels of radiation that are overall less than a standard weapon but render an area completely uninhabitable for up to 5-10 years.

A Cobalt bomb could produce the kind of post apocalyptic wasteland we've come to expect from popular culture.
    Bolded the important part.

Says I’m wrong, quotes stuff that says I’m right.

You know the only difference between a “tactical” nuke and a strategic nuke is range?
