Bench Markstrom for a few weeks and get him a sports therapist if they didn't get one for him already. He's been terrible all season.

Holy shit is he bad this year. His SV% is 0.889% this year and last nights game was 0.828%. Those are not NHL starter numbers. In watching the LA game, pretty much every single goal was a glove side shot so you know he's been exposed. I 100% agree that this seems like a mental thing and if he's not already working with a sports therapist then he needs to be. Goalies are finicky things, as soon as they get in their heads and start overthinking - they are fucked. I don't think Sutter's "let him play through it" will help him out here. Maybe pull him off a high like the Winnipeg game where we got 0.913% and put Vlad in for his 1 game a week the next one so he's not stewing over a shitty 800 number until he plays next.
