Suggestions for Traffic Ticket Fighting?

Got a lovely Distracted Driving Ticket while at a red light changing my playlist on my infotainment system..honestly didn't know you couldn't do that so whatever it is what it is.

Just wondering if anyone has hired a service before to get the charge changed etc etc. Don't feel like getting blown up on insurance for 5 years because of this.

Don't care what the cost is just don't want the Distracted Driving on my record.

You'll probably not win. With that said I've won 2 distracted driving tickets so far. Best thing I'd say is be prepared for the cops to lie on the stand. Be prepared they won't remember your stop that well. Try and delay your ticket as long as you can so it becomes more likely they forget more details.

Hopefully the officer didn't write many notes on the ticket or the disclosure you'll eventually request.

Happy to give you some advice to fight it once you get the disclosure sorted.
