Tested several colleagues phones with different providers signal strengths. Rogers seemingly wins. Makes sense though, they have the closest tower to us according to network tower maps.
Coincidentally I also found out we have a deal through them. Seems an alright deal, pretty much half the price of current phone/plans, and a free cheap shitty tablet on top.

It also no longer works if you have a newer iPhone. I could use 3G exclusively with my X, but can’t switch to 3G with my 13.
