Default Christmas gift for the parents who "Have Everything"

Anyone have a good idea or a great gift they bought for parents that are hard to buy for ? Thinking something sentimental but would still like to hear your thoughts!

Spend time with them or take them on a trip to spend time with them.

Family photo session (with a good professional obviously, not a friend of a friend that "Takes nice photos").

There might be enough time to create a photo album. I did this for some family who are more sentimental and they loved it as people never have photos let alone a cool professional photo albums designed by you.

You can create some pretty nice styles with different websites online or pop into some local stores asap.

+1 for the photobook idea. We've done that for our parents after the 2nd kid and they loved them. They are still on the coffee tables and they look at them often.

+1 gave my dad a digital frame pre-loaded with our kid's photos and he loved it. Try to update it once every 6-12 months.

Been trying to figure out if there's one that I can just upload the photos remotely.

I think there's SD cards that do Wifi... prob more than the cost is worth, also not sure if you can do remote from another network.

Best bet would be get a google hub and just run the home screen as a slideshow of a selected album.

This is what we did with both sets of parents. Wifi connected and you can upload remotely whenever you want. Think it was $120 all in. Every week or so i am sending photos to the frame and they LOVE that they always have up to date pictures. Some can even accept short videos.

The easy answer is Nest hub max and link it to a specific Google photos album that you share photos to. Nixplay frames can do this too, with a couple extra steps.

I got them a framed picture of us at my Wedding which my mom loved. Also took them on the interactive tour at the Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary (https://www.yamnuskawolfdogsanctuary.com/) and lunch nearby. Was a really cool experience, and some nice family time.

This. I used to have PixStar frames and loved them, but the Nest makes it so much easier. You can even point to to "pets" for example and using AI it always adds our cats to the album automatically, so recent pictures automatically show up...I take picture...and it shows up on frame next time I see it.

Also...do what I do, say you don't need any presents and move on. I haven't gotten one for parents or wife even for a while. We all agreed we have all we need, so why gift something that isn't needed. Just my 2c

The auto add works great, until you take a sexy time type picture that has the dog/cat in the background.......then bam auto added to the parents/grandparents photo frame....had to turn that off right quick

Awesome stuff thanks everyone. I think a photo album of a recent trip we did overseas might be the answer.
